Founded in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Basler Turbo Conversions is the recognized world authority on DC-3 modernization. The BT-67 — a Pratt & Whitney PT6A-67R turbine-powered conversion of the original DC-3 airframe — extends the operational life of an iconic platform by decades, serving polar research, firefighting, cargo, and humanitarian missions across the globe.

Working alongside Basler's engineering team during summer 2026 represents an opportunity to engage with certified aircraft modification engineering at a specialized facility with deep institutional expertise in legacy airframe modernization.
